5-hour party hire
Ideal for most kids parties with time for setup, a generous few hours of partying and time for cleanup. You'll have use of our kitchen, cafe area, hall, and garden.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Setup and Clean Away Time
You'll need to book enough time to setup and cleanup. We are open by appointment only so the Hall will be opened at your start time and be locked at the time your hire ends.
Leave it as you found it
We kindly ask that you leave the Hall in the clean and tidy condition that you found it, and place chairs and tables back.
Tables and Chairs
We have lots of rectangular and square tables - over a dozen 6ft tables, 8 x 3 ft tables and around 80 chairs.
One bag of rubbish
One standard sized black rubbish bag can be placed in our external black bin, any rubbish beyond that must be taken away with you (bags beyond this will be charged from your deposit at £5 per bag).
Cleaning Materials
We have mops, spray, clothes, tea towels and a hoover for you to use at the end of hire so you don't have to think about packing those. Donations of cleaning materials to our charity accepted too.
Car Parking
Use of our generous car park and around 20 spaces (note: we have 2 nearby residents who pay to use our car park and so do not offer this as entirely vacant).
Bouncy Castles
Your hire includes extra energy you might use if you hire a bouncy castle provider or disco (some other halls charge for this)
Kitchen
Hire includes use of our kitchen which has cups, fridge, two kettles and Tassimo coffee machine and microwave, tea towels and washing up liquid.
Getting Into the Hall
Function/one-off hirers will be let into the Hall at the start of their booking time. The Hall will be locked at the end of your booking time.
Damages Deposit
We check the hall at the end and refund your deposit via the method paid within 72 hours if all is left clean and undamaged. See T&Cs. The price you see when you book includes this deposit.

Max 99
Our hall works best with 50-80 people. We can accommodate a maximum of 99.

Lovely hall hire with everything you need. Plenty of space, kitchen, tables & chairs etc. held our sons 5th party here and everyone had a wonderful time. We used abi’s inflatables who also opened & closed the hall. Clean, special & warm hall, would definitely use again.

We hired this hall for my daughter's 7th birthday and couldn't have asked for more. From the easy and simple online booking process to the great facilities and efficient service, it was the perfect venue. The hall is a great size, has everything you need and is in great condition.
