Hire the hall for 2 hours on a weekday. £50 hire charge plus a refundable £50 deposit. This option is for occasional (not regular) hall hirers wishing to use the hall for a meeting. What's there: - We have lots of tables and chairs available - We have a kitchen with cups, kettles and a Tassimo machine (we can arrange for self-serve tea, milk and coffee supplies to be made available (+£6 taken separately from hire charge). - We have a projector screen but not a projector. - We have a tv in our cafe area which seats around 8-10. - We have parking for circa 20 cars. Unfortunately, we do not have wifi. EE 3g mobile wifi does work at our venue. Since we have to rely on paid (and not volunteer) resource during weekdays this service costs a little more than our hourly weekend rates. We do operate on a leave-it-as-you-found it basis and expect the hall to be left tidy and rubbish to be taken away. The £50 deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your hire in line with our Terms and Conditions (one-off/function hirers).
